Post Endless Waltz. The former Gundam pilots are working with the Preventers and have a new mission. After a lab experiment escapes from where they are investigating, Quatre is attacked and becomes violently ill. He then starts gaining supernatural abilities, but decides to keep them a secret. Two years later, the pilots discover that the lab wasn't the only one.
